Job Description:

- The AeroPM Account Manager is responsible for managing AeroPM client contracts, managing contract change proposals and extensions, reporting on the status and progress of contracts, and gathering market intelligence. In this role you will engage face-to-face with clients and staff to ensure ongoing satisfaction of delivery, manage issues, and continuously build rapport.

- Additional tasks will fall under your remit including but not limited to providing direct support to the CEO and GM for recruitment, bid development, administration, business development and other tasks as directed.

Core Requirements:

- Due to the nature of this role in ensuring responsiveness to our clients and staff, the successful candidate must be able to work full-time (5 days per week) in the AeroPM office in Barton, ACT, and be able to travel to client and staff sites within the ACT regularly.

- The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of internal Defence processes (especially commercial processes), as well as Defence culture and language.

- The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational,



interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a high proficiency with Microsoft office products.

Essential:

- Full time (40 hours per week)

- CBR based (non-remote)

- Able to work full time (5 days per week) in the AeroPM office in Barton, ACT

- 5+ years ADF or Defence APS experience or above-the-line Defence consulting experience

- Able to obtain a Baseline clearance

- Able to travel in Canberra to meet face-to-face with client and staff

- Excellent organisational skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Desirable:

- Degree qualified

- Contractor/consultant experience

Employment:

- Fixed Term Contract employment. Initial term is 1 year (12 months) with extension options of 2 x 12 months. The role is ongoing.

- Salary: $200K inc Super, negotiable

- Start date: between 28 April & 9 June 2025. Earlier date preferred

- Reports to: CEO
