Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

- Prepare and deliver accurate periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) for management review and Board presentation.
- Support budgeting processes and track performance, analysing and explaining variances against forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow management and maintain updated financial forecasts to meet operational needs.
- Perform core accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, assist payroll operations, and drive ongoing improvements in financial processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with CA/CPA (or equivalent) preferred,



supported by strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role within an SME or multi-entity environment, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present financial data effectively.
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills, confidently partnering with senior leaders and Boards, alongside strong communication, reporting, and time management capabilities in fast-paced settings.
- Proficiency in financial systems (including Excel and Xero), combined with a hands-on approach to accounting and payroll processes, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset; industry exposure and relevant certifications (RSA/RSG) advantageous.
