The Position…

Reporting to the Director of the business, you will be responsible for; managing the processes of the business' primary accounting information, managing credit card data, bank account data, invoicing, accounts payable/ receivable, payroll and various statements in MYOB.

Further responsibilities include:

· Day to day transactions

· Invoicing

· Debt collection

· Payroll

· Receipts/Statements

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting or similar along with the following;

- Minimum of the 1 year accounts experience, tafe certificates in relevant courses, experience managing business cashflow

- Decision making, creative problem solving skills





- High level communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal, and the ability to interact with all levels including internal, external stakeholders and customers (also confidentiality and tact)

- Prioritisation and organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines, maintain scheduled tasks, and respond to requests promptly.

- Computing Skills – Typing, Microsoft Office (particularly excel), Outlook, organising electronic files, accounting package: MYOB

- Operation of electronic job management system and Microsoft Office package - Simpro or equivalent operating package (with relevant training)

- Professional "Can-do" attitude.
