Van Leeuwen Pipe & Tube is seeking to fill a position of an Accounts Payable officer who can work Monday to Friday - Part time & Full time applicants will be considered.
About the role:
The primary purpose of the role is day to day accounts payable with administration duties.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Handle telephone and email AP queries with professionalism.
- Email remittances and provide vendors with expected payment dates.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- 1+ year in a role that has exposure to Accounts Payable processes.
- An understanding of accounts payable processes.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve AP queries efficiently.
- Answering and routing incoming lines on multi line telephone system.
- Data entry using several operating platforms
- Digital and Standard Filing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Office/warehouse Grocery upkeep
- Stationary upkeep
About You:
- Be Reliable & Punctual
- High Attention to detail
- Own Car & License
- Able to work as part of a team
- Microsoft Office
- SAP Experience an advantage but not essential
