ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer to join our finance department on Fixed-term Full-time basis for 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts receivable and payable tasks for the group. This includes:

- Processing and reconciling customer invoices and payments
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Processing customer applications and trade credit insurance
- Customer setup and maintenance
- Establishing and maintaining vendors;
- Weekly debtor reporting reconciliation and review
- Help with end of month close out, audit enquiries and regular checks to ensure data quality
- Supporting front office operations on an ad hoc basis
