The Health and Business Solutions Division of MedHealth is made up of 5 businesses (or brands) and we are seeking an experienced person to specifically be helping to procure, contract and manage all of our third-party suppliers in H&BS; Division.
Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a fulll time role.
- Process Invoices and related transactions, including credit cards, in line with company and contractual requirements
- Follow payments business rules to ensure invoices are correctly validated and paid
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing of the new OCR System
- Remain focused to achieve high volume invoice processing
- Prepare various financial reports as directed and required by the Business, such as GST, Transactions and Data extraction.
- Provide Accounts system support and troubleshooting when required
- Help manage Payables queue and responding to Provider queries
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Diploma in business and accounting desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of journals, debits/credits
- Advanced excel skills
- Experience / exposure to more complex finance activities
- Office 360 – excel, Word and Outlook
- Sage Intacct / Bridge/ ESS / Job Ready Live – desirable
- ESS – Finance Portal – desirable
- Westpac / NAB online banking – desirable
- Intellilink – desirable
- Effective and customer focused written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy
