This is a brilliant opportunity to cook up an exciting career in the hospitality industry. We’re on the hunt for an industrious Apprentice Chef to work alongside and learn from our qualified chefs. This role involves all aspects of food preparation and production and could be the first step to a sizzling career in cooking!
A day in the life of an Apprentice Chef:
- Proactively participate in food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
- Exhibit a curious mindset during your learning journey and diligently follow direction to maximise your learning
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility; which is centred around safety and procedural compliance
Qualifications
About you:
- You are obsessed with food and the role that it plays in everyday moments
- You are hungry to learn and aren’t afraid to ask questions to uncover the “why”
- You can provide current training records with a purpose to achieve trade qualification
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
