- Be self motivated, reliable, conscientious and take pride in their work
- Have an eye for detail
- Enjoy and work well as part of a team
- Have their own tools
- Recognise the need to go above and beyond customer's expectations
- Possess experience in fitting vehicle accessories
- Have a passion for 4wds
