We are looking for a Part-Time Artistic Health Team Administrator to provide essential support to The Australian Ballet’s world-leading Artistic Health team. In this role, you’ll help optimise dancer performance and wellbeing by coordinating daily operations, tracking dancer capacity, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You’ll work closely with health professionals, artists, and company staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care and smooth touring arrangements.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team
- Assist with budgets, plans, touring and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with world leading artists and health practitioners
- Partner with teams across the organisation to drive improvements and change
What experience you’ll need:
- High level administrative skills
- Flexibility, energy, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Self-motivated, with both high and low levels of supervision
- An eye for process improvement
