We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Valuer to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Perth CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced valuers across a variety of asset classes while developing your technical skills and market knowledge.
Job Description
The Role
You will support senior valuers with:
- Analysing and modelling sales evidence
- Collating rental evidence and market data
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports and cash flow models
- Preparing market commentary and research updates
- Supporting report quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with local and national teams
About You
- API/RICS accredited property degree (or currently studying)
- Strong analytical and research capability
- High attention to detail
- Skilled communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Work Arrangement
Hybrid role based in Perth CBD. Some weeks may require up to five days in the office, with flexibility available at other times.
Part-time arrangements considered for candidates completing their property qualification.
