Job Title: Associate â CTP (Insurance) Location: Brisbane Experience: 3+ Years PAE
The Prospect
We are partnering with an award-winning national law firm to recruit an experienced Associate for their growing Brisbane office. Joining a highly regarded Insurance & Health practice, you will sit within the CTP team led by Stewart Boland.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage a diverse range of CTP matters, handling everything from routine claims to high-stakes litigation. The role offers exposure to complex liability disputes and the opportunity to work closely with key clients.
- Claim Management: Manage a variety of CTP matters ranging from single to multi-vehicle accident claims.
- Injury Spectrum: Handle cases spanning from common whiplash injuries through to major and catastrophic injury claims.
- Dispute Resolution: Navigate complex liability disputes and manage strongly contested damages claims to achieve commercial outcomes.
- Mentorship: Play an active role in the team dynamic by mentoring junior practitioners and sharing your expertise and knowledge.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a collaborative problem-solver who thrives on building strong client relationships.
We are looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years PAE in defendant insurance (experience in CTP is ideally required).
- Relationship Building: A professional who enjoys building client relationships and is driven to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Leadership Potential: Someone who remembers what it was like being a junior practitioner,
understands the importance of mentoring, and is eager to pass on expertise.
