Client onboarding Associate, Investment
Role responsibilities:

- Manage onboarding of new clients, including account openings and documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio administration and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide support to investment advisors in coordination of administration.
- Liaise daily with clients, internal teams, and external providers to resolve queries and deliver seamless service.
- Provide proactive client management, ensuring annual reviews and documentation updates are completed on time.
- You will support Investment Advisers in delivering high-quality service, investment solutions, and administrative support to HNW and UHNW clients.

What you'll need to succeed:




- Minimum 2+ years experience in wealth management or a client-facing financial services role
- Client onboarding experiences.
- Robust organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset
- Degree in Finance or a related discipline (desirable).
- RG146 accreditation or willingness to obtain quickly.
- AML/KYC or derivatives accreditation is an advantage.
