Automation Test Manager Your new company

Your new role
As an Automation Test Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end test management across multiple enterprise programmes. You will be responsible for defining and executing the overall testing strategy, ensuring quality across the full software delivery life cycle-from requirements through to production validation.You will lead and mentor QA teams, drive adoption of test automation frameworks, and embed best practices such as shift-left and continuous testing.
Key aspects of the role include:

- Leading end-to-end testing across all phases (integration, system, UAT, performance, security)
- Defining and implementing an enterprise test automation strategy aligned with CI/CD pipelines
- Driving risk-based testing and ensuring traceability from requirements to defects
- Managing test environments, data, and defect life cycle processes
- Providing test governance, reporting, and release readiness recommendations
- Partnering with stakeholders across engineering,



product, and business teams
- Leading onshore/offshore QA teams and third-party vendors

What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years' experience in software testing / quality engineering
- Proven experience in a Test Manager or QA leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end testing across large, complex environments
- Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Experience with API testing and CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and continuous testing practices
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at senior levels
