About the role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a high-profile bank site located in Baulkham Hills, NSW.
This role is primarily control room–based, with access control responsibilities and a roving component as required. Due to the nature of the site, flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring CCTV and alarms from the control room
- Managing access control for staff, contractors, and visitors
- Conducting regular patrols and roving inspections of the site
- Incident reporting and escalation where required
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused presence at all times
- Adhering to site procedures and security protocols
Requirements
- Valid NSW Security Licence
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster (days, nights,
weekends, public holidays)
- Robust communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Previous control room or banking/corporate security experience highly regarded
- Work at a secure, well-maintained corporate bank site
- Supportive team and structured site procedures
