We’re Relaunching -
Cali Beach Club returns mid-September, and we’re rebuilding our superstar bar team ahead of an epic season. We’re on the hunt for skilled, high-energy bartenders who love fast-paced service, creative cocktails, and making every round memorable.

Training begins early September, so lock in your spot now.

The Role:

We’re looking for bartenders who thrive under pressure and bring a fun, engaging attitude to every shift. You’ll be:

- Mixing and serving a premium beverage menu

- Providing fast, friendly and efficient service

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product presentation

- Working closely with floor, barback and leadership teams

What you Bring:

- Previous bar experience in a fast-paced venue

- Strong product knowledge (spirits, cocktails, wine,



beer)

- Great communication skills and team spirit

- Excellent personal presentation

- Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions

- You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
