Role

- Leadership & Team Management: Coaching, training, supervising, and motivating staff; assisting with scheduling; fostering a positive sales setting.
- Store Operations: Managing daily business activities, ensuring compliance with policies, opening/closing procedures, health & safety, and maintaining store appearance.
- Sales & Performance: Driving KPIs, achieving sales targets, implementing promotional strategies, and handling customer issues.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Controlling stock levels, managing inventory systems, creating compelling visual displays, and overseeing stocktake
