We are currently recruiting a Disability Support Worker for the Bundaberg region.

Male support workers encouraged to apply due to participant preference.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to create engaging support experiences
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that foster social connections and skill development
- Ensure a secure environment for clients




- Promote independence and empower clients to make choices
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the relevant team members

- Certificate III in Individual Disability Support or relevant qualification preferred
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Card and a Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday mornings and weekends
