What You’ll Be Doing

- Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and allied health providers

- Drive new business development across Australia

- Grow and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare partners

- Meet face-to-face with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers

- Convert new organisations into active placement partners

- Manage long-term relationships and account growth opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver great student outcomes

- Identify new partnership and territory growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in:

- Business Development

- Healthcare or Medical sales

- Account Management

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills





- Self-motivated and commercially driven mindset

- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role

- Driver’s licence and own vehicle

- Willing and able to travel interstate 1 to 2 times per month

Bonus Points If You Have

- Allied Health or Mental Health experience

- Existing healthcare industry relationships

- Experience with universities or clinical placements

- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
