This role is an exciting chance for an experienced Care Manager to join a friendly and supportive team based in Narrogin

Located within the rural township of Narrogin, the organisation is a long established not-for-profit provider of both retirement living and residential aged care committed to providing excellence and quality of life for those who live in their facility.

The facility caters for up to 50 residents within two wings.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable person who enjoys working with the elderly and making a real difference to the quality of life of residents.

Requirements

- Current registration with APHRA

- Problem solving and analytical skills

- Minimum 5 years’ aged care clinical management

- Competency in best practice clinical areas including medication and wound care, care planning, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, palliative care.

- Competency in resource management.





- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC/ACFI and relevant legislation

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team

- High level verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency and understanding of electronic care management systems and Microsoft computer application

- Full Australian work rights

- Can-do Attitude

- As part of the application process you will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Check
