About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a dedicated Casual Security Officers - Control Room Operators to join our team at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Centre, its premises, employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre premises.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies quickly and effectively, while maintaining detailed and accurate records of all events.
- Maintain a robust visible presence to help deter potential incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to visitors and staff.
