To meet busy production demands, we are inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our pool of Casual Production Workers for our Smithton site.

As a Casual Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in meeting daily production schedules across our dynamic facility.

We value candidates who are:

- Dedicated to maintaining a safe working environment

- Reliable and available for a 24-hour, 7 day per week shift profile

- Flexible and ready to take on different tasks as required, including on-call availability

- Collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team

- Strong communicators, capable of logical thinking and responding quickly under pressure

- Mechanically minded, with a keen aptitude for hands-on tasks

Preferred experience includes:

- Food processing, warehousing, or manufacturing experience

- Food handling skills/qualifications

- Cleaning and sanitation experience

- Current forklift license with relevant commercial experience
