Busy Bees at Kilburn is seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager (2IC) to support the Service Manager in leading daily operations, mentoring educators, and maintaining high-quality outcomes across the service. This role is ideal for a proven leader ready to take the next step in centre leadership.

Your Impact

- Oversee programming, documentation, and reflective practice

- Step into the Centre Director role when required, ensuring leadership continuity

- Build strong partnerships with families, educators, and the wider team

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles (Lead Educator, Educational Leader, 2IC or similar)

- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements

- Working with Children Check (Employee – SA)

- Confident communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
