Your new role
As the Change Manager, you will shape and deliver the people-focused components of a transformation program centred on the rollout of new and emerging technologies. Working alongside delivery teams in an agile environment, you will plan and implement communication, engagement and learning activities that help staff understand upcoming changes and build confidence using new tools.
You will assess how upcoming initiatives impact different groups, provide guidance to leaders navigating change, and coordinate education sessions, workshops and support materials.



The role requires someone who can adjust their approach quickly in response to evolving priorities while still applying strong change fundamentals.
What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience delivering change in complex, technology-driven settings
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working within agile delivery teams and environments that shift rapidly
- Experience developing training, engagement or adoption activities
