Your new role

Lead change management efforts for the Customer Program, ensuring successful implementation of new systems and processes across Council by supporting teams with practical solutions, enabling smooth transition and benefits realisation.

Accountabilities

- Deliver the remaining change activities for the Customer program, identifying and addressing barriers and adapting as needed.
- Develop, plan, document, and deliver end-to-end enterprise and transformational change management across Council.
- Develop and deliver change management activities that take into consideration business priorities, operational pressures and broader project outcomes.
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders with varying degrees of commitment at different project stages.




- Play a key role in ensuring projects and organisation-wide change initiatives meet advantages objectives by driving employee adoption and usage.

What you'll need to succeed

- An appropriate Change Management certification e.g., PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, PROSCI, or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Significant experience and demonstrated track record in applying Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools for multiple projects, particularly change impact assessments, stakeholder management, engagement, communication, and training plans.
- Experience developing engagement and communication plans that support behavioural change and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience delivering change communication strategy development, including multi-audience, multichannel approaches.
- Proficient in senior-level communication planning, with the capability to distil and convey messages clearly to different audiences, ranging from senior stakeholders to frontline officers.
