Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a full time Civil operator / Labourer to join the Wolff Power team on a permanent basis.

About you:
- Assisting the Projects Manager with all aspects of civil and construction
- Participate in onsite safety and progress to ensure positive project outcomes
- Interested in learning and developing skills in a specialised field
- Prepared to travel away from home FIFO/DIDO
- High standard and pride in project delivery
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders
- A fresh perspective on rapid continuous improvement on processes and procedures
- Exceptional time management, work well in highly developed team.
The successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience in a trades or labouring role (preferred but not essential)
- Current QLD Drivers Licence (HR license is preferred, however, competency can be obtained to successful applicant)
- Construction Card
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
- Strong safety focus and work ethic
- Good communication skills
Desirable:
- High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF, DG)
- Excavator and bobcat skills / qualifications
- Safe Work at Heights
