About the role

- Deliver outstanding customer experience and compassionate support.

- Schedule consultations and procedures, coordinating follow-ups.

- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, keeping clients informed.

- Generate invoices, process payments, and balance accounts.

- Ensure clear communication between clients, stakeholders, and Animal Services teams.

- Triage consultation and treatment requests, prioritizing critical cases.

- Maintain accurate patient files in the Shelter Buddy system.

- Perform regular audits of patient files.

- Provide basic animal care, health, and behavior advice.

- Maintain clean and tidy public areas.

- Prepare discharge instructions for clients.
