The Role
Our Client requires a Client Manager who is looking to progress their career with an innovative firm long term. You will be working with a portfolio of clients across several industries and managing a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review work completed by team members, with a focus on strategy
- Prepare business advisory reports, including cash flow forecasts
- Provide mentorship and training to accountants within your team
- Oversee and manage your team’s workflow
- Engage with both new and existing clients
- Initial meetings with new clients
- Lead strategic client meetings
- Business advisory services
- Strategic tax planning and structuring guidance
- Manage tax and compliance matters

Key Skills & Requirements:

- 5+ years public practice accounting experience is essential




- Ability to train junior accountants and review all tax compliance work
- Experienced with managing a client portfolio and communicating with clients effectively
- Technical knowledge of Div7a, GST & Tax
- High level of Business Advisory experience (tax planning. structuring & advice)
- Knowledge of accounting software including Xero & Quickbooks
- Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
