Client Services Manager - Sydney CBD

About the Role
As a Client Services Manager within a professional and client-focused accounting firm, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and personalised experience. Working closely with Partners and accounting teams, you'll support the delivery of high-quality advisory and compliance services while building strong, lasting relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met
- Handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating client meetings, events, and check-ins




- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting reporting requirements
- Contributing to a friendly, welcoming, and energetic team environment

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in client-facing roles (professional services, financial services preferred)
- Outgoing, bubbly, and energetic personality, you genuinely enjoy talking to people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working face-to-face, over the phone, and via email with clients
