Key Responsibilities
As a Club Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Driving new member acquisition through lead generation and conversions

- Engaging with leads and existing members through calls, follow-ups, and in-person interactions

- Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term member relationships

- Supporting Personal Trainers by generating and referring qualified leads

- Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently at all times

- Meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets

- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve member experience and club performance





- Leading by example in creating a positive, energetic, and welcoming club culture

Previous gym management experience is not required, as full training will be provided. However, prior sales or customer-facing experience is highly valued.

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)

- Senior First Aid Certificate (or equivalent)

- CPR Certification

- Working With Children Check

- National Police Check
