Exciting and rare entry opportunity to join a large, complex infrastructure business at the heart of an essential and highly resilient industry
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, this is a lead role to oversee a team of (4) analysts tasked with creating and supporting robust processes and business partnering practises to achieve outstanding financial and commercial outcomes
This includes all aspects of the business including budgeting and forecasting, investment planning, cost management, growth in the business and in optimising aspects of the planning process, as well as ongoing improvement of reporting and BI tools that support these processes
About You
You are a CA/CFA/CPA with previous experience working in commercial finance,
FP&A; and/or management accounting for a blue chip/large business
The successful candidate will have managed a small team and be able to foster a transparent and consultative business partnering approach
Importantly, you will being a hands-on approach to support the team on busy periods, whilst also being happy to roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot systems and process issues
Robust systems skills (particularly SAP) and ability to work with BI is advantageous
Previous experience in chartered (b4 or mid-tier) and a strong academic track record will be highly regarded
