Your new role
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, with increasing responsibility and direct interaction with clients commensurate with experience.
Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with, and progressively running, litigation and dispute resolution matters
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, affidavits and correspondence
- Preparing matters for hearings, mediations and other dispute resolution processes




- Engaging directly with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers (Senior Associate level)
- Contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality, practical outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
- Is a collaborative team player who values close working relationships
- Is self-motivated, organised and exercises sound judgment
- Has a strong interest in complex commercial disputes and litigation strategy
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Brings a commercial and solutions-focused mindset to contentious matters
- (Senior Associate level) is comfortable taking greater ownership of matters and supporting junior development
