What You’ll Do

- As a LME Care Support Worker, you will:
- Provide quality day to day care and support
- Support participants to try recent experiences, build confidence, and develop healthy habits
- Celebrate achievements, both big and small,



and help make every day meaningful
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment while encouraging independence and choice
- Work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to plan and achieve participant goals

Who You Are

- You hold a Cert III in Individual Disability Support or equivalent, or are eager to learn and grow in the role
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

To be considered for this role
Staff require 4 full days of availability from 6am to 7pm for shifts, and flexibility and desire to pick up shifts as needed.
