HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need.



We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare, NDIS Worker Screening Check •

We would be happy to discuss your availability Monday to Friday between 10-11am or 1-3pm for an hour visit weekly or fortnightly.
