An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a high-performing competition, regulatory and disputes practice within a leading mid-tier national law firm.
Your new role
You will join a busy and well-regarded team advising on a broad mix of front-end advisory and contentious competition and consumer matters, including:

- Competition and consumer law advice
- Cartel and competition litigation
- Regulatory investigations and enforcement matters
- Consumer law disputes and marketing/advertising compliance
- General commercial litigation and class actions

This role offers hands-on responsibility and day-to-day carriage of matters, working closely with highly experienced practitioners on complex and high-profile work.
Key responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings, affidavits and court documents
- Briefing and liaising with counsel
- Managing correspondence with courts, regulators and opposing parties
- Conducting detailed legal research and providing clear, practical advice




- Supporting senior lawyers while also taking ownership of matters

What you'll need to succeed

- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Experience working on complex disputes and/or regulatory investigations
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
