Your Current Role

As our Plant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality operation of our plants. Your role will include:

- Overseeing daily plant activities including safety, production, quality, logistics, sales, and customer service

- Managing financial performance through budgeting, planning, and effective cost control

- Building strong, ongoing relationships with customers while actively seeking new business opportunities

- Leading, coaching, and supporting your team to deliver great service and operational outcomes

- Tracking market activity and local industry trends to guide planning and decision‑making

- Promoting a culture of safety, improvement, teamwork, and accountability

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:





- Have proven experience leading people and guiding teams through change

- Communicate clearly, build trust, and work well with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

- Understand what excellent customer service looks like and enjoy delivering it

- Have sound financial awareness or are willing to develop these skills (budgeting/reporting experience is an advantage)

- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and making confident, practical decisions

- Are a strong planner with a hands‑on approach to solving problems
