Summary

The Consultant, Supply Chain is responsible for delivering high-level supply chain consulting services to TMX clients by analysing operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing tailored solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic business goals. The role requires advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and contributes directly to the success of projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Support project delivery across multiple clients, working with experienced teams.
• Analyse complex operational data to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Develop and model solution alternatives aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate across TMX functions to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Build financial business cases using discounted cash flow analysis.
• Deliver accurate, high-quality reports on time.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Contribute to client proposals and business development efforts.
• Promote a high-performance, engaged team culture.




• Represent TMX values and behaviours as a visible role model.
• Use internal systems and tools effectively and compliantly.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards across all engagements.
• Support the continuous development of internal systems, processes, and team capability.

Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years relevant experience in supply chain consulting, logistics, operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience delivering supply chain or logistics projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Broad industry exposure and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
