About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and accountable Contracts Team Leader to lead our in-house Property Contracts Team. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position based in Sydney CBD.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end property contract process — from Expression of Interest (EOI) through to contract signing and deposit payment. You’ll oversee a team located both onshore and offshore, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle: EOI verification, contract request, review, issuance, signing, and deposit tracking

- Manage, coach, and support a growing team (EOI Officers, Contract Signing Specialists, DocuSign Admins)

- Drive daily operational activities: workflow checks, team training, CRM updates, and process ownership

- Coordinate with brokers, developers, conveyancers, SMSF providers, and internal teams

- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and training content
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance at every stage

​​​​​​​About You

- 3+ years’ experience working with property contracts, settlements, or legal documentation (required)

- Experience managing or leading teams across both onshore and offshore locations

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation skills

- Confident communication skills (phone, Zoom, email)





- Highly organised with a focus on structure and process

- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
