About the Role
MSS Security is seeking a confident and capable Full Time Security Officer - Control Room Operator to join our team. The position is primarily responsible for monitoring and operating CCTV systems at our client site, a prestigious hospital on the Gold Coast. This role is on a 4 on 4 off roster.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications system
- Liaise with Police and Emergency Response Services
- Monitor and operate access control system
- Process camera footage requests as per clients procedures
- Respond to customer and staff after hour calls
- Maintain security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss of recorded information
- Assist client as required in the management of emergency situations
- Available to work a 4 on 4 off roster (12 hrs shifts, 2 days - 2 nights)
- Up-to-date vaccinations or willing to obtain
