Your new role
As a Credit Underwriter, you will assess residential mortgage applications across direct and broker channels with a strong focus on manual credit decisioning.
In this role you will:

- Complete full credit assessments for mortgage applications
- Analyse deals manually without relying on system auto decisions
- Call brokers to clarify information and resolve scenarios quickly
- Apply policy, use judgement and make confident decisions within delegation
- Contribute to a consistent, cooperative and high trust team environment

What you'll need to succeed





- Strong experience in residential mortgage credit assessment
- Proven manual credit decisioning skills
- Confident engaging with brokers by phone
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality
- Team focused, down to earth, and open to feedback
