The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Officer to join our Tullamarine-based team, in a full time capacity.

Your role is imperative to the day-to-day operations of MNX. Working closely with an exciting client portfolio, you will be the main point of contact, delivering on promises and executing day-to-day customer requirements. This role will require you to work closely with our import/export department and other interdepartmental groups ensuring a smooth execution of freight movements.

You will be required to:

- Manage & service a portfolio of accounts from order through to delivery




- Provide support and assistance to other customers & account managers
- Update and maintain KPI status reports
- Answer customer queries by phone and email, escalating concerns
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure minimal delay
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Populating and generating reports
- Track and Trace of deliveries

You will have:

- Customer service experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional manner with excellent presentation skills, and the ability to confidently liaise with clients
- A positive attitude
