Job Description

- Organise and manage your kitchen section to ensure smooth, productive, and high-quality service.

- Be familiar and flexible with the other kitchen sections including breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Prepare and present menu items and mis en place with consistency, creativity, and attention to cost and standards.

- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance,



while supporting team communication and collaboration.

- Order necessary foods as required with Head and Sous Chefs

Qualifications

- Trade qualification with proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.

- Robust kitchen management and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change

- Passion for hospitality, with flexibility, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
