Our Opportunity

We’re growing at Bribie Island due to an increase in practitioner hours and are looking for a Casual Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular casual shifts in a welcoming coastal centre with a strong patient base and a close-knit team culture. There is also potential for the role to progress into a permanent opportunity for the right person as the centre continues to grow.

You’ll play an important role supporting our clinicians and helping deliver a smooth, positive patient experience every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments

- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

- Supporting patient flow and daily clinical operations

- Assisting reception when required

- Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

About You

You’re friendly, reliable and enjoy working in a team environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant across chairside and sterilisation

- Solid understanding of infection control protocols

- Experience supporting a busy clinical environment

- Confidence working across reception duties is highly regarded

- A caring, patient-focused approach

- Professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail
