We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy and skilled team at nib Dental Care Sydney CBD.

This is a fantastic prospect to work in a modern, high-performing centre in the heart of the city, supporting clinicians across general and complex dental treatments including implants, GA and surgical procedures.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where professionalism, teamwork and patient care are at the centre of everything we do.

About the Role

- Permanent full-time position

- Monday to Friday roster with standard hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)

- Occasional Saturday shifts may be required

- Busy CBD centre with strong patient demand

- Exposure to a wide variety of general and complex treatments

- Additional casual roles available if you're looking for flexible work

What You’ll Be Doing

- Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures

- Supporting implant, GA and surgical treatments

- Preparing rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

- Supporting smooth patient flow and clinical operations

- Delivering a warm, professional patient experience

- Working closely with a highly skilled clinical team

About You

You’re a confident, experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

You’ll bring:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder

- Experience assisting with implants, GA or complex surgical procedures (highly regarded)

- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocols

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
