About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our Karrinyup centre in a full-time position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, patient-focused clinic where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.
- rostered shifts between Tuesday to Saturday
- Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm
This role is primarily reception-focused and suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries
- Coordinating appointments and clinician schedules
- Handling phone calls, payments and administrative tasks
- Supporting smooth daily clinic operations
- Assisting the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Basic dental knowledge preferred
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
- Ability to multitask within a busy clinic environment
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check
