We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Site Supervisor / Team Leader to join our Deployment Team at Pro AV Solutions Qld. This is your chance to take the lead on some of the state’s most exciting Audio-Visual projects, from cutting-edge boardrooms to state-of-the-art education spaces.

This role also comes with a fully fitted van allocated to you, stocked with everything you’ll need to get the job done - including a brand-new Hilti Tool Kit.

What you’ll be doing
The role will have you working closely with our Deployment team to complete the installation of commercial Audio-Visual solutions into a variety of projects across Queensland. You will be:

- Leading the on-site team of AV Technicians to deliver permanent commercial AV installations across Queensland

- Rolling up your sleeves to install, connect, and test everything from Microsoft Teams meeting rooms and displays to full AV control systems

- Being the go-to person onsite; liaising with clients, Project Managers, and your team to keep things running smoothly

- Keeping safety, quality, and timelines on track (with plenty of support from our in-house crew)

- Sharing your expertise and mentoring team members as they grow

About You

You’re a natural team player who knows their way around an AV install and isn’t afraid to jump in and guide the team.

You’ll bring:





- Solid AV installation experience and confidence supervising teams onsite

- Have experience managing construction-based projects

- Strong knowledge of structured cabling and AV systems (bonus points if you know AMX, Crestron, Extron, or Barco)

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to keep everyone on the same page

- Reliability, professionalism, and a knack for problem-solving on the fly

- A positive, can-do attitude that makes working with you a pleasure

You'll be required to have:

- ACMA Open Cabling Licence + Structured Cabling Endorsement

- WP ticket SL, BL, VL (Yellow Card)

- General Safety Induction (White Card QLD)

- A valid open (manual) Australian driver’s licence
