Role Overview

DevOps Engineer responsible for application deployment, production support, and automation across development and production environments. Works closely with development teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and ensure system stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage application deployment across Dev, Test, and Production environments

- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps

- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability

- Maintain build and release documentation including installation and migration guides

- Collaborate with developers on code deployments and system improvements

- Handle incident management through Jira/ServiceNow tickets





- Write shell scripts to automate operational tasks

- Provide L2/L3 production support and system monitoring

Skills & Experience

- Robust experience with Linux (RedHat, CentOS)

- Expertise in Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher

- Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud platforms

- Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Kafka, ELK stack

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Good troubleshooting and communication skills

Skill Required: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
