Description

As the Director of Franchise Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

- Leading and developing managers: Guiding a team of Managers who support franchise partners, ensuring they have the skills, coaching, and accountability frameworks to drive results.
- Driving franchise performance: Equipping franchise partners with the tools, training, and accountability needed to achieve KPIs.
- Managing growth systems: Overseeing lead generation, marketing funnels, onboarding processes, and retention strategies.
- Building systems & processes: Designing and implementing scalable systems and streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the network.
- Building a high-performance culture: Creating motivational programs, recognition initiatives,



and scalable systems that empower both managers and franchise partners to succeed.
- Data analysis & reporting: Using data to identify opportunities, address bottlenecks, and improve conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Strategic execution: Aligning company-wide goals with operational execution to ensure results are delivered.

About You

- A natural leader with experience managing managers in multi-site, franchise, or performance-driven businesses.
- Results-oriented, with a passion for growth and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Skilled in motivating teams and building scalable systems and processes.
- Comfortable with coaching franchise partners, leading your management team, and collaborating with senior executives.

- Experience in operations, growth, or performance leadership roles within a franchise.

- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams to achieve network-wide performance.
- Proven track record of achieving growth and performance targets.
- Solid background in building systems and processes to streamline operations at scale.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
