An excellent career opportunity exists in our Dispatch and delivery team as a Dispatch & Delivery Team Member, reporting to the Day Dispatch Supervisor.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Dispatch/Delivery Driver to support our team in fulfilling customer orders. This role involves picking and packing products, loading delivery vehicles, and completing local deliveries of Duck products. A key focus will be on efficient, courteous, and safe delivery services to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Full time role, averaging 38 hours per week, however may have extra hours occasionally available.

Times can be versatile for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery vehicles manually
- Perform timely and professional local deliveries
- Handle customer collections and maintain positive interactions
- Check invoices and ensure delivery accuracy
- Ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of delivery vehicle

Skills and Requirements:

- Valid Australian driver’s licence (standard)
- Strong attention to detail




- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Basic numeracy and ability to check and reconcile invoices
