Our great local, The Newnham Hotel, is seeking a new Duty Manager to join our established team as we continue to grow.

As Duty Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the venue runs smoothly each day. You'll lead the team on shift, maintain high service standards, support the coordination of functions and events, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, confident managing a team, and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality.

Essential requirements:





- 2+ years in an Duty Manager/supervisor role in pubs

- Strong experience working in a gaming venue

- Train, performance manage, and motivate staff

- Proven experience in cash handling/banking

- Proven experience in end of night proceedures

- Enjoy live entertainment venues

- Ability to work weekends & nights are a must

- Enjoy working in a team environment

- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team

- RLMV & Approved Managers License
