This role will work across multiple programs which
include
- Coaching through School
Readiness Funding
- Facilitation of Early Years
Learning Networks, delivered in collaboration with the Department of
Education
- Content writing and resource
development, working alongside our learning and development team
About You
We are looking for early childhood professionals with a career spanning teaching roles, educational leadership and coaching and development. With robust communication skills, the ability to facilitate workshops and a talent for coaching individuals, your expertise and credibility have influenced early childhood practice at the service and sector level.
In this role, you will
use a range of leadership and coaching frameworks to support others to reflect
and improve their practice. You will draw on your knowledge and expertise
in a wide range of early childhood settings and areas including pedagogy and
practice, inclusion, wellbeing, child safety and reform implementation to
support and inspire educators, teachers and teams. Contemporary knowledge of
best practices in early childhood education, a practical understanding of
curriculums and the NQS and extensive teaching experience is essential.
